Jump around, jump up, jump up and get down

Is anyone else getting a phenomena where, when you load up a new page on the site, the bit below the header quickly jumps down and then back up again? It started yesterday on my work's PC, and was also doing it on my laptop last night.

Yup, it's annoying isn't it. I think it's the twitter button or Google +1 button since nothing else has changed. They must have made some tweaks to their code.

Edit: It's the Google +1 button. I'll take it off I think, it's doing my head in.
