The suggestion for the Championship and teams to be promoted was they would still be promoted, and the next PL season would have the extra teams. I'm assuming then an additional three relegated the year after.

I can't see the DPA claims going anywhere given the recent ruling regarding Morrisons and their leaked data barring very odd circumstances indeed. Different legislation though, the Morrisons case was pre GDPR (occurred 2013). Under GDPR the data controller has liability for pretty much all leaks.

Well the direct equivalent to the initial bullet train project, the intercity main line, didn't. Guess we shouldn't have bothered with that. Nor electrification. Why we ever bothered moving away from steam I don't know.....

Yeah and there are huge sections now even planned so the cost can only be an estimate. It'll be more. However, who knows what business stimulation it will drive either?
