Boxing day fixtures sometimes do have a habit of the odd surprising result. Rovers to win 3-0

For anyone that didn’t know or isn’t going to the game they’ve allowed for it to be streamed on iFollow so a match pass is available.

Very tough game, any points from this and it’ll be impressive despite the fact we beat them at Ewood.

Yes, I would gladly take a point. This is a huge match for Rovers. The team showed in the win earlier this season they can play with the best in the Championship. This is somewhat reminiscent of Blackburn beating Newcastle both times in the relegation year, except, this team is much better than that one.

Our defending will have to be as good as its been all season to give us a chance. On the attack Rovers need to be bold. I can't wait to get this one started.

Looks like a back 5 today.
Raya
Nymabe Mulgrew Lenihan Williams Bell
Rodwell Evans
Dack Armstrong
Graham

Reed on the bench is very surprising. And Rothwell takes his familiar place.
