A thread for the discusssion of transfers outside of Rovers. As this page shows, Rovers are one of a few clubs not to sign anyone yet. So, will City's spending see them rocket up the league? And will there be a Reds resurgence under Hodgson, catapulting them back into the CL due to signings? Discuss.
