Yes it was an odd thing for Sam to say, if I read it right. Manager of an international side maybe? So which international side would that be then? :-? JJ

Brazil, obviously. It's clear that they need to lose their flair and attacking approach and adopt that famous Paraguayan style if they're ever going to be successful...

If it's a genuine career plan and not the idle ramblings of a madman, then I could see him in charge of Ireland, although Jamaica would be nicer. And with his ties to the middle east, he could end up out there...

i think he's angling for that one(england), but he's got to show he's good enough for it first by steering us up the table.

i think by saying it in the first place he's setting himself up for a fall, if he doesnt fix our away form or progress in any real way, saying that he'd like to be somewhere else in three years time means the board (wether they be the current regime or a new one) will always have one eye on who's available.

as per usual its a case of him speaking out when he should have kept his mouth shut, if he put less emphasis on letting the world know how he feels, and more on securing a few more quality players and results, he'd be a much more attractive prospect to international FA's

it might sound like i'm ungrateful, i'm really not, i think he's done well to get the most out of the players he has, and he generally doesnt take shit from anybody, but i personally could live without the "facebook status" style news articles that seem to appear on a friday before a game.

personally i dont see him as a popular choice for England, reckon he could end up with Ireland or a average european team like Greece.

i could be wrong, but there's always going to be life after Sam :D

"All we've done is spend £1 million on Magaye Gueye so far. Jermaine Beckford and Jan Mucha were free, so we've spent no money by Premier League standards and will probably be the ones who spend the least this season."

DAvid moyes said this in a interview..

My reply, Know your facts well first, as a team called b'burn rovers have broke that standard already!!
Yea!! rovers are breaking records!!!

Magaye Gueye? That's easy for David Moyes to say. :)

But we probably WILL spend more than 1 million before the window closes - so I'm not sure why you think what he was saying was off the mark?

And more importantly, is it really necessary to abbreviate "Blackburn"?

Great Manager and I believe he is the man to get us a top half finish this season.
